How many Cleaners do you send into my Condo?

WE SEND ONE CLEANER ONLY.

We never send teams or crews of cleaners into your home.

What are the qualifications of your Toronto Condo Cleaners?

Our house and condo cleaning service staff is comprised largely of traditional cleaning ladies
who have been in positions of trust for many years before joining CUSTOM MAIDS.

To us, the ideal cleaning lady (or man) is one who comes to us with years of prior cleaning experience and verifiable references. Notwithstanding their prior qualifications, all new recruits are required to complete CUSTOM MAIDS’ Cleaning Service Training Program, which includes a component on condo cleaning services. And, once employed, our standards are maintained through an ongoing program of training and supervision.

Do I have to use your condo cleaning services
on a regular, ongoing basis?

It is entirely up to you how often you use our condo cleaning services.

Many clients have cleaning service regularly on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, basis.

Whatever your need, we’re here to accommodate.

On what days of the week may I schedule condo cleaning services?

Our Toronto condo cleaning services are offered 7 days a week, Monday through Sunday.

At what time will my cleaner arrive at my condo?

Morning cleaning visits are scheduled for an arrival time of 8am to 8:30am.

Afternoon visits are scheduled for a 1pm to 2pm arrival.

Condo Cleanings exceeding 5 hours must be scheduled for morning arrival.

Depending on the location and size of your condo,
we may be able to make slight adjustments to these arrival times

How will my Cleaner gain access to my condo?

We are happy to accommodate any entry arrangement that is comfortable for you.

Many clients are at home to let in their cleaner.
They may remain in the condo while their maid is working, or leave for work
once their maid has arrived (leaving instructions for locking up).

​

Many clients make alternative entry arrangements.
Some hide a key for their maid. Others leave a key with a neighbour.
Those using our condo cleaning services often leave a key with their concierge or security desk.

​

And hundreds of clients provide CUSTOM MAIDS with a key to access their condo.

​

Just let us know an entry arrangement which will work for you and we will be happy to oblige.

If I provide Custom Maids with a key to my condo,

will it be safe?

YES.  YOUR KEY WILL BE VERY SECURE.

WHEN YOUR KEY IS RECEIVED BY THE CUSTOM MAIDS OFFICE :

  • Your key will be labelled with a reference number only ;

  • Your name and address will be recorded separately in Custom Maids' encrypted database ;

  • Your key will be stored in the company vault ; and

  • When your key is needed for cleaning, it will be "signed out" and "signed back in" by your condo cleaner.

​What if I need to cancel my cleaning service 
after I’ve booked a house cleaning visit?

You are always welcome to cancel a cleaning visit.

​

We only ask that you contact the CUSTOM MAIDS Office 48 business hours prior to the cleaning visit (so we have the lead time necessary to ensure your cleaner is booked elsewhere during your absence).

What Condo Cleaning Services do you provide?

AFTER each cleaning service, your credit card will be charged.  (We DO NOT process credit card payments in advance of your condo cleaning service.)

Am I required to sign a contract?

No.  Our clients are under no contractual obligation to use our condo cleaning service in Toronto.
