How many Cleaners will you send to deliver my Move-In Cleaning Services?
WE WILL SEND ONE CLEANER ONLY
WHO WILL TAKE THE TIME TO CLEAN YOUR NEW HOME FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.
We never send teams or crews of cleaners into a private home.
We send two cleaners only when a Move-In Cleaning requires more than 8 hours,
or a client requires their Move-In Cleaning to be completed in a short period of time.
What are the qualifications of your Move-In Cleaners?
Our cleaning service staff is comprised largely of traditional cleaning ladies
who have had many years of cleaning experience prior to joining CUSTOM MAIDS.
Notwithstanding their prior qualifications, all staff-members have completed CUSTOM MAIDS’ Cleaning Service Training Program, and all have met the strict requirements necessary to work for CUSTOM MAIDS.
They are fully bonded; covered by Worker’s Compensation (in the event of injury);
and covered by comprehensive liability insurance (in the event of damage).
On what days of the week may I schedule my Move-In Cleaning Service?
Our Toronto Move-In Cleaning Services are offered 7 days a week, Monday through Sunday.
At what time will my Move-In Cleaner arrive?
Morning cleaning visits are scheduled for an arrival time of 8am to 8:30am.
Afternoon visits are scheduled for a 1pm to 2pm arrival.
Move-In Cleanings exceeding 5 hours must be scheduled for morning arrival.
Depending on the location and size of your home,
we may be able to make slight adjustments to these arrival times
How will my Move-In Cleaner gain access to my home?
We’re happy to accommodate any entry arrangement that is comfortable for you.
Many clients let in their cleaner before leaving for work. Some hide a key for their cleaner or
leave a key with a neighbour. Those in condos or apartments often leave a key with their concierge or security desk. And many clients deliver us a key at CUSTOM MAIDS’ Toronto office.
Just let us know an entry arrangement that will work for you and we’ll be happy to oblige.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies
for my Move-In Cleaning Service?
Yes. Your condo cleaner will use your cleaning supplies.

and recorded in Custom Maids' encrypted database.
AFTER each cleaning service, your credit card will be charged. (We DO NOT process credit card payments in advance of your Move-In Cleaning Services.)
