ABOUT OUR SPRING CLEANING / DEEP CLEANING IN TORONTO
How many Cleaners will you send to deliver my Deep Cleaning Service?
WE WILL SEND ONE CLEANER ONLY
WHO WILL TAKE THE TIME TO CLEAN YOUR NEW HOME FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.
We never send teams or crews of cleaners into a private home.
We send two cleaners only when a Move-Out Cleaning requires more than 8 hours,
or a client requires their Move-Out Cleaning to be completed in a short period of time.
What are the qualifications of your Deep Cleaners?
Our cleaning service staff is comprised largely of traditional cleaning ladies
who have had many years of cleaning experience prior to joining CUSTOM MAIDS.
Notwithstanding their prior qualifications, all staff-members have completed CUSTOM MAIDS’ Cleaning Service Training Program, and all have met the strict requirements necessary to work for CUSTOM MAIDS.
They are fully bonded; covered by Worker’s Compensation (in the event of injury);
and covered by comprehensive liability insurance (in the event of damage).
On what days of the week may I schedule my Deep Cleaning Service?
Our Toronto Deep Cleaning Services are offered 7 days a week, Monday through Sunday.
At what time will my Deep Cleaner arrive?
Morning cleaning visits are scheduled for an arrival time of 8am to 8:30am.
Afternoon visits are scheduled for a 1pm to 2pm arrival.
Deep Cleanings exceeding 5 hours must be scheduled for morning arrival.
Depending on the location and size of your home,
we may be able to make slight adjustments to these arrival times
How will my Deep Cleaner gain access to my home?
We’re happy to accommodate any entry arrangement that is comfortable for you.
Many clients let in their cleaner before leaving for work. Some hide a key for their cleaner or
leave a key with a neighbour. Those in condos or apartments often leave a key with their concierge or security desk. And many clients deliver us a key at CUSTOM MAIDS’ Toronto office.
Just let us know an entry arrangement that will work for you and we’ll be happy to oblige.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies
for my Deep Cleaning Service?
Yes. Your condo cleaner will use your cleaning supplies.

What forms of payment does Custom Maids accept?
Custom Maids accepts only electronic payments :
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Visa Debit and MasterCard Debit.
Prior to your Move-Out Cleaning Service, your credit card information will be taken by telephone and recorded in Custom Maids' encrypted database.
AFTER each cleaning service, your credit card will be charged. (We DO NOT process credit card payments in advance of your Deep Cleaning Services.)

If you are not a regular maid service user and your home is not being maintained on an ongoing basis, you may
require a ‘Deep Clean’ (or ‘Spring Clean’) to bring your home up to your standards.
Unlike our Standard Home Cleaning Services, our Deep Cleaning Services (or Spring Cleaning Services) are
designed to delve deep into every corner of your home in a single visit!
In addition to an exceptionally thorough general cleaning,
you may want many major tasks completed in one visit . . .
