ABOUT OUR AIR BNB CLEANING SERVICES
How many Cleaners will you send to deliver my AirBnB Cleaning Services?
WE WILL SEND ONE CLEANER ONLY.
We never send teams or crews of cleaners into a private Air BnB.
We send two cleaners to an AirBnB only when time is limited between guests and the cleaning must be completed in an exceptionally short period of time.
What are the qualifications of your AirBnB Cleaning Service staff?
Our cleaning service staff is comprised largely of traditional cleaning ladies
who have had many years of cleaning experience prior to joining CUSTOM MAIDS
and have been in positions of trust for most of their lives.
Notwithstanding their prior qualifications, all staff-members have completed CUSTOM MAIDS’ Cleaning Service Training Program, and all have met the strict requirements necessary to work for CUSTOM MAIDS.
Once employed, our standards are maintained through an ongoing program of training and supervision.

By using Custom Maids, you eliminate all risks associated with direct employment.
As all of our cleaning staff are employees of our cleaning company . . .

• have completed Custom Maids’ House Cleaning Service Training Program ;
• have undergone extensive background checks ;
• and been bonded by Custom Maids ;
• are covered by Worker's Compensation (in the event of injury in your home) ;
• are covered by Comprehensive Liability Insurance (in the event of damage) ;
• are legally employable, and eligible for all benefits pursuant to legal employment
(statutory holiday pay, vacation pay, employment insurance, etc).
You are offered the assurance of an experienced and qualified cleaning person,
together with all the protections necessary to save you from exposure of every kind.
Can I schedule my AirBnB cleaning visits on an “as-needed basis,”
or am I required to commit to regular ongoing cleaning services?
It is entirely up to you how often you use our AirBnB cleaning services.
Most AirBnB Hosts use our cleaning services strictly on an as-needed basis
(scheduling visits each time a guest checks out or a new guest checks in).
However, during periods when you have a long-term guest or the premises are vacant for an extended time,
you may wish to have cleaning services on a regular basis - daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
Whatever your need, we’re here to accommodate! You’re under no contractual obligation to Custom Maids.
On what days of the week may I schedule AirBnB Cleaning Service?
And what time-of-day may I schedule?
Our Toronto AirBnB Cleaning Services are offered 7 days a week, Monday through Sunday.
Morning cleaning visits are typically scheduled for an arrival time of 8am to 8:30am.
Afternoon visits are usually scheduled for a 1pm to 2pm arrival.
But, of course, these arrival times are flexible, dependent on the check-out and check-in times of your guests.
Just let us know an entry arrangement that will work for you and we’ll be happy to oblige.
What if I need to cancel my cleaning service after I’ve booked a AirBnB cleaning visit?
You’re always welcome to cancel an AirBnB cleaning visit.
We only ask that you contact CUSTOM MAIDS’ Toronto Office 48 business hours prior to the cleaning visit
(so we have the lead time necessary to ensure our cleaner is booked elsewhere).
How will my AirBnB Cleaner gain access to my property?
We’re happy to accommodate any entry arrangement that’s comfortable for you.
Many AirBnB Hosts hide a key for their Cleaner or leave a key with a neighbour. Those with condo or apartment units often leave a key with the concierge or security desk. And, of course, many Hosts provide us with a key so we can always access their AirBnB on short notice.
Just let us know an entry arrangement that will work for you and we’ll be happy to oblige.
If I provide Custom Maids with a key, will it be safe?
Yes. Your key will be very secure.
• Your key will be labelled with a reference number only ;
• The name associated with your key’s reference number will be
recorded separately in Custom Maids' encrypted database ;
• Your Key will be stored in the company vault between visits; and
• When your key is needed for cleaning, it will be "signed out"
and "signed back in" by our cleaner.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies for my AirBnB Cleaning Service?
Yes. Your AirBnB cleaner will use your cleaning supplies.

Prior to your Move-Out Cleaning Service, your credit card information will be taken by telephone and recorded in Custom Maids' encrypted database.
AFTER each cleaning service, your credit card will be charged. (We DO NOT process credit card payments in advance of your Move-Out Cleaning Services.)
