On what days of the week may I schedule my Office Cleaning Services?
And what time-of-day may I schedule
Our Commercial Cleaning Services in Toronto are offered 7 days a week, Monday through Sunday.
Morning cleaning visits are typically scheduled for an arrival time of 8am to 8:30am.
Afternoon visits are usually scheduled for a 1pm to 2pm arrival.
As we don’t offer commercial cleaning services in the evening, many businesses opt to have their office cleaning services on Saturday or Sunday when their operations are closed.
Given the thoroughness of our commercial cleaning services, weekend cleaning often works out well for businesses, as it allows employees to clear their desks at the end of their work week, in preparation for a comprehensive office cleaning.
What if I need to cancel my office cleaning service after I’ve booked an office cleaning visit?
You’re always welcome to cancel an office cleaning visit.
We only ask that you contact CUSTOM MAIDS’ Toronto Office 48 business hours prior to the cleaning visit
(so we have the lead time necessary to ensure our cleaner is booked elsewhere).
How will my Office Cleaner gain access to my business premises?
We’re happy to accommodate any entry arrangement that’s comfortable for you.
Businesses that schedule commercial cleaning visits outside of their normal business hours often arrange to have someone meet the cleaner at their business premises to let her in. Other businesses provide Custom Maids with a key so the cleaner can access their premises independently..
Just let us know an entry arrangement that will work for you and we’ll be happy to oblige.
If I provide Custom Maids with a key, will it be safe?
Yes. Your key will be very secure.
WHEN YOUR KEY IS RECEIVED BY THE CUSTOM MAIDS OFFICE :
• Your key will be labelled with a reference number only ;
• The name associated with your key’s reference number will be
recorded separately in Custom Maids' encrypted database ;
• Your Key will be stored in the company vault between visits; and
• When your key is needed for cleaning, it will be "signed out"
and "signed back in" by your office cleaner.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies for my Office Cleaning Services?
Yes. Your office cleaner will use your cleaning supplies.
But the good news is :

If you compare our office cleaning prices with those of traditional commercial cleaning firms or house cleaning services that travel in crews with cars and supplies, you’ll see just how competitive our rates are. When you schedule your first Office Cleaning Service,
we’ll inform you of the Cleaning Products you’ll need to have on hand for the cleaning.
(You probably already have most of them at your office.)
Beyond the first visit, we’ll let you know occasionally when an item needs replenishing.
What forms of payment do you accept for Commercial Cleaning Services?
Custom Maids accepts only electronic payments :
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Visa Debit and MasterCard Debit.
Prior to your first office cleaning service, your credit card information will be taken by telephone
and recorded in Custom Maids' encrypted database.
AFTER each cleaning service, your credit card will be charged.
(We DO NOT process credit card payments in advance of your commercial cleaning services.)
