Custom Maids provides a wide range of residential cleaning services, including regular house cleaning, condo and apartment cleaning, deep cleaning and spring cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, cleaning for seniors, Airbnb and short-term rental cleaning, post-construction cleaning, decluttering and organizing, unpacking, home staging cleaning, special event cleaning and small office cleaning. Services can be arranged regularly or just occasionally, depending on your needs.
Custom Maids rates start at $180 for a small condo or apartment and $240 for a standard house. Rates increase with the size of the home and the amount of cleaning time required. All published rates include HST, and the same rate structure applies throughout the communities we serve.
Custom Maids serves Toronto, Vaughan, Richmond Hill and Markham. In Toronto, our service area includes Downtown and Central Toronto, North York, Scarborough and Etobicoke. We also serve communities throughout Vaughan, Richmond Hill and Markham.
Yes. Custom Maids assigns one dedicated cleaning person to your home rather than sending rotating teams or crews. Once your regular service is established, the same cleaner returns whenever possible and becomes familiar with your home, your priorities and the way you like things done.
Yes. Custom Maids cleaners are screened, background checked, trained and employed directly by the company. They are bonded and covered by Comprehensive Liability Insurance and Worker’s Compensation, so you are protected when a cleaner is working in your home.
Yes. Your Custom Maids cleaner uses the products and equipment you keep in your home. This gives you complete control over the products being used and avoids vacuum cleaners, mops and other equipment being carried from one client’s home to another.
No. Many clients arrange access through a neighbour, building management or another secure entry method. Some clients allow Custom Maids to hold a key, which is stored securely in our office vault and identified only by a reference number, never by your name or address.
