WE WILL SEND ONE CLEANER ONLY
WHO WILL TAKE THE TIME TO CLEAN YOUR HOME FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.
We never send teams or crews of cleaners into your private home.
We send two cleaners only when a Deep Cleaning requires more than 8 hours.
Our Deep Cleaning Service Staff is comprised largely of traditional cleaning ladies who have had many years of cleaning experience prior to joining CUSTOM MAIDS, and have been in positions of trust for most of their lives.
Notwithstanding their prior qualifications, all cleaning staff have completed CUSTOM MAIDS’ Deep Cleaner Service Training Program before joining our staff. And, once employed, our standards are maintained through an ongoing program of training and supervision.
By using CUSTOM MAIDS, you eliminate all risks associated with direct employment.
As all of our Toronto Deep Cleaning Service Staff are employees of our Cleaning Company . . .
WE ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CLEANER ASSIGNED TO YOUR HOME
AND FOR YOUR HOME WHEN YOU’RE NOT THERE.
ALL CUSTOM MAIDS DEEP CLEANING SERVICE STAFF:

are screened from a pool of some 1,200 candidates each year;

have completed CUSTOM MAIDS’ Deep Cleaner Service Training Program;

have undergone extensive background checks;

are fully bonded by CUSTOM MAIDS;

are covered by Worker's Compensation (in the event of injury in your home);

are covered by Comprehensive Liability Insurance (in the event of damage);

are legally employable, and eligible for all benefits pursuant to legal employment (statutory holiday pay, vacation pay, employment insurance, etc).
You’re offered Deep Cleaning Services by an experienced and qualified cleaning person,
together with all the protections necessary to save you from exposure of every kind.-
Our Toronto Deep Cleaning Services are offered 7 days a week, Monday through Sunday.
Morning cleaning visits are scheduled for an arrival time of 8am to 8:30am.
Afternoon visits are scheduled for a 1pm to 2pm arrival.
Deep Cleanings exceeding 5 hours must be scheduled for morning arrival.
Depending on the location and size of your home, we may be able to make slight adjustments to these arrival times.
We’re happy to accommodate any entry arrangement that’s comfortable for you.
Many clients let in their Deep Cleaner before leaving for work. Some hide a key for their Deep Cleaner or leave a key with a neighbour. Those in condos or apartments often leave a key with their concierge or security desk. And many clients deliver us a key at CUSTOM MAIDS’ Toronto office.
Just let us know an entry arrangement that will work for you and we’ll be happy to oblige.

Prior to your Deep Cleaning Service, your credit card information will be taken by telephone and recorded in CUSTOM MAIDS' encrypted database.
AFTER your Cleaning Service, your credit card will be charged. (We DO NOT process credit card payments in advance of your Deep Cleaning Service.)
YES, OUR DEEP CLEANING SERVICES ARE BACKED BY A

Standard Home Cleaning
Our Standard Home Cleaning Services usually include a thorough general cleaning of your home + one major task on each visit. (e.g. the stove cleaned out, the fridge cleaned out, some windows washed or some laundry done).
CUSTOM MAIDS’ Standard Home Cleaning Services are very thorough and are often described as Deep Cleaning Services by other Toronto Maid Services. For this reason, most of our clients find our Standard Home Cleaning Service to be more than enough to maintain their homes.

Deep Cleaning or Spring Cleaning
If you're not a regular maid service user and your home is not being maintained on an ongoing basis, you may
require a ‘Deep Clean’ (or ‘Spring Clean’) to bring your home up to your standards.

OUR DEEP CLEANING SERVICES (OR SPRING CLEANING SERVICES) ARE DESIGNED TO DELVE DEEP INTO EVERY CORNER OF YOUR HOME IN A SINGLE VISIT!
