The cleaning process is identical — a thorough, top-to-bottom vacancy clean. The difference is simply timing and purpose: move-out cleaning is done when you are leaving a property, while move-in cleaning prepares a space before you arrive. Both use the same detailed checklist and pricing.
Rates start at $200 (4 hours) for a 1-bedroom condo or apartment, and go up to $500 (10 hours) for very large houses over 3,000 sq ft. Pricing applies to both move-in and move-out cleanings. All rates include HST. See full move-in/out pricing.
Yes. Unlike regular maintenance cleaning, our move-in/out service includes cleaning inside the oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and all cabinets and drawers. This is standard for all vacancy cleanings at no extra charge.
We recommend booking as early as possible, ideally 3 to 5 business days before your moving date. Move-in/out cleanings are time-sensitive and our schedule fills quickly, especially around end-of-month when most leases turn over in Toronto.
