ABOUT CUSTOM MAIDS MOVE-IN CLEANING SERVICES
WE WILL SEND ONE CLEANER ONLY
WHO WILL TAKE THE TIME TO CLEAN YOUR NEW HOME FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.
We never send teams or crews of cleaners into a private home.
We send two cleaners only when a Move-In Cleaning requires more than 8 hours, or a client requires their Move-In Cleaning to be completed in a short period of time.
Our Cleaning Service Staff is comprised largely of traditional cleaning ladies who have had many years of cleaning experience prior to joining CUSTOM MAIDS, and have been in positions of trust for most of their lives.
Notwithstanding their prior qualifications, all cleaning staff have completed CUSTOM MAIDS’ Move-In Cleaner Service Training Program before joining our staff, and all have met the strict requirements necessary to work for CUSTOM MAIDS.
They are fully bonded; covered by Worker’s Compensation (in the event of injury); and covered by Comprehensive Liability Insurance (in the event of damage).
Our Toronto Move-In Cleaning Services are offered 7 days a week, Monday through Sunday.
Morning cleaning visits are scheduled for an arrival time of 8am to 8:30am.
Afternoon visits are scheduled for a 1pm to 2pm arrival.
Move-In Cleanings exceeding 5 hours must be scheduled for morning arrival.
Depending on the location and size of your home, we may be able to make slight adjustments to these arrival times.
We’re happy to accommodate any entry arrangement that’s comfortable for you.
Many clients meet their Move-In Cleaner at the property. Some hide a key for their Move-In Cleaner or leave a key with a neighbour. Those in condos or apartments often leave a key with their concierge or security desk. And many clients deliver us a key at CUSTOM MAIDS’ Toronto office.
Just let us know an entry arrangement that will work for you and we’ll be happy to oblige.

Prior to your Move-In Cleaning Service, your credit card information will be taken by telephone and recorded in CUSTOM MAIDS' encrypted database.
AFTER your Cleaning Service, your credit card will be charged. (We DO NOT process credit card payments in advance of your Move-In Cleaning Service.)

Cleaners are often pressed for time at Vacancy Cleanings.
With this in mind, windows are left as the last priority.
Should there be time remaining, your Custom Maid will

If having the windows washed is a necessity,
then additional time should be booked.
