Custom Maids serves Toronto, Vaughan, Richmond Hill and Markham. Toronto service includes Downtown and Central Toronto, North York, Scarborough and Etobicoke, along with surrounding neighbourhoods.
Rates currently start at $180 for a small condo or apartment and $240 for a standard house. Pricing increases with the size of the home and the amount of cleaning time required. All published rates include HST.
Yes. Custom Maids assigns one dedicated cleaning person to your home rather than rotating teams or crews. The same cleaner returns whenever possible so they become familiar with your home and preferences.
Custom Maids cleaners are direct employees of the company, not independent contractors.
Yes. Cleaners are screened, trained, bonded and covered by Comprehensive Liability Insurance and Worker’s Compensation.
Yes. Cleaners undergo screening and background checks before being assigned to client homes.
Yes. Your cleaner uses the products and equipment you keep in your home. This gives you control over what is used and prevents cleaning equipment from being carried from home to home.
No. You can arrange secure access in advance. Many clients use a key, concierge, building management, neighbour or another entry arrangement.
Keys held by Custom Maids are stored securely in the office vault and identified only by a reference number, never by the client’s name or address.
Yes. You can leave a priority list, request larger household tasks or allow your cleaner to follow your regular routine. The service is designed to adapt to your needs within the time booked.
Yes. These and other household tasks can be completed as time permits. Custom Maids does not apply separate task surcharges for ordinary housework included within the booked cleaning time.
Cleaning can be arranged weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, occasionally or as a one-time visit.
