Every visit includes a thorough cleaning of all bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and bedrooms. Plus one major task of your choice, such as cleaning out the oven, fridge, interior windows, or doing laundry. See our full house cleaning checklist for complete details.
Our house cleaning rates start at $200 (4 hours) for a standard home up to 1,600 sq ft, and go up to $400 (8 hours) for very large homes over 3,000 sq ft. All rates include HST. Pricing is based on home size, not the number of rooms cleaned.
Most of our Toronto clients choose weekly or bi-weekly cleaning for consistent upkeep. Monthly visits work well for lower-maintenance homes. We also offer one-time and occasional cleanings. No contract required.
No, you don't need to be home. Many clients provide a key or entry arrangement in advance. Your key is stored securely in our office vault, labeled with a reference number only, your name is never attached to the key itself.
Regular house cleaning covers all standard areas on every visit. Deep cleaning is a more intensive, top-to-bottom service recommended for first-time clients or homes that haven't been professionally cleaned in a while. Most clients start with a deep clean, then switch to regular maintenance visits.
